Result of special vote on annex to the MOU between IceCube, the Pierre Auger Collaboration and the Telescope Array

In the period October 28, 2014 until November 6, 2014, the Collaboration Board voted on the approval of the proposed annex to the existing MOU (approved during the CB meeting on June 20, 2014 in Golden, Colorado).

The annex details the datasets to be exchanged, and the pieces of information that we will actually exchange. It also briefly describes the three analysis that will be applied to those datasets.

The proposal was approved with 46 of 59 votes cast (78% of all voters), all of which in favour.

Minor changes to the annex where done in later discussions between the collaborations and reviewed and approved during the CB session on November 21, 2014.
