The French colleagues in the collaboration proposed to hold the analysis meeting in 2017 at the Institut Henri Poincaré (IHP), located in Paris. The proposed dates were:
June 6 to 10, 2017 (Tue to Sat)
The collaboration board voted electronically on that proposal in the period July 15-29, 2016. The 23 votes cast where all yes.
The CB chair and co-chair proposed to accept the result as a vote in favour of the proposal, even though the number of votes is slightly short of a quorum. No objections were received, the proposal is therefore accepted.
